Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Yes we do! To return/exchange an item, please contact us within 14 days of receipt of the item, and have the item returned to us within 30 days of receipt. Cost of shipping will not be refunded. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Please check and recheck your information before checkout. We do NOT offer refunds on incorrectly entered personalization (such as the spelling of a name), or shipping addresses. Please make sure you verify your personalization AND shipping address before you complete your order.

Can I cancel my order?
We do not accept cancellations on personalized orders (such as the personalized name sets, or the customizable peg doll family sets). On all other orders, you may cancel before the item has been shipped.

How long will it take for me to get my order?
On average, orders are shipped out between 3-7 business days after purchase. In special circumstances when processing times must be extended (for example, during especially busy times), you will be notified at time of purchase.

Important: Once we send out an order, it is in the hands of the post office. Please contact Canada Post or USPS with your tracking number to get more information on the location of your package.

We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

All items are shipped from Keswick, ON, Canada.

Am I responsible for customs and import taxes?
If you are ordering outside of Canada, then you are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
